i found the staff very friendly and ready to assist with any request. the villas were very clean. they are right on the beach. the hotel organized a seafood bbq night, and the food was good.
the music stayed the same during my entire stay at the hotel.

the hotel kitchen accommodated my gluten-free dietary needs. they prepared most of their thai menu items gluten-free and knew what they were doing if i ordered something ambitious. they even ordered gluten-free bread for me for breakfast.

I stayed for several nights in a grand beautiful villa. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. A few steps and I was on the sand. The provided beach towels were thick and soft. Staff promptly refreshed the towels daily.
The air conditioning unit in my villa was quite loud. It cycled on and off frequently. This made sleeping difficult at times.

The hotel is located near good shopping and food options. The corner had excellent authentic thai food. It is far enough from the parties and loud stuff.. the location has a quiet vibe yet remains conveniently close to everything.

our cottage was right on the beach , but most cottages lack a sea view, though beach access is easy.
the facility felt quite run down. our air conditioner didn't work initially , so we had to change rooms and slept in a very warm room. the new room had several issues including a broken toilet , damaged floor , and broken shower door. the staff offered minimal compensation given this was our most expensive hotel.
